Tarifs 2024

The reservation becomes effective as soon as you have sent us the deposit (30% of the total amount of the rental).

The balance of the total rental amount must be paid 15 days before your arrival at the latest.

For stays booked less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay is due at the time of booking.

Lors de votre arrivée, un chèque de caution vous sera demandé : 1 000€ + taxe de séjour 1,35€/jour et par nuit (adultes) – gîte 4 étoiles.

We welcome you between 4pm and 8pm.

In case of late arrival, please inform us at +33 (0)6 81 51 33 74 so that we can welcome you in the best conditions.

On the day of departure, it is imperative to vacate the premises before 10.00 am. An earlier departure is always possible. Please inform us the day before.

Housework is included in the price of your stay. However, we ask you to leave the gite in a good state. 

The included cleaning doesn't include :

-to keep dishes clean

- emptying and taking away waste bins and bottles that have been consumed

- cleaning kitchen equipment

- cleaning the barbecue

When you leave, put all the equipment and furniture back in its original place.

Les chats et chiens sont les bienvenus. Lors de votre séjour, vos animaux ne devront en aucun cas rester seuls dans le gîte. 

We ask you to pick up the business of your animals in the garden and put them in the designated waste bin.

Children are under the responsibility of their parents.

The gîte is non-smoking. Ashtrays are at your disposal.

Vous êtes responsable de tous les dommages survenant de votre fait. Vous êtes donc tenus d’être assurés par un contrat d’assurance type villégiature pour ces différents risques.

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
